All products are handmade in the Netherlands with genuine materials such as sterling silver, pearls, cotton, etcetera and are crafted to the highest standards. Nevertheless all products are fragile and should be worn with care.

To keep your product at his best and to prevent damage:

• Don't wear it while sleeping
• Don't spray perfume (alcohol containing products) on the place where you wear the product
• Avoid contact with water, detergent and chemicals

Cleaning of the product:

• sterling silver oxides with time and can be cleaned with special polish.
• Gold plated jewels will erode at an extensive level of use. If you clean these jewels with polish please don't brush to hard to keep the product at his best
• Small cotton, silk or other textile fabric pieces can be cleaned with hand soap

Repair work will be done for minimum costs, starting from 10,00 euro (including packaging and sending) depending on the type of damage. Please note Repairs on the envelope, your emailaddress & address. Repairs will take 4 to 6 weeks.
